Each week Kuvva offers a featured set from one of our favorite artists. The simple “explore” feature found in the tool bar allows you to find all previous work featured on Kuvva. The Kuvva iPhone app allows you to preview images as your lock screen or home page. If you like the image, you can download it to your iPhone photo album and apply it to your device. If you really like a work, you can share the love across social networks using the toolbar. We’re proud to present the work of internationally renowned graphic artist Noma Bar for our next featured set, which is available from today.
Noma Bar was born in 1973 and spent much of his youth drawing the culture around him. He pursued his passions throughout his studies at the Jerusalem Academy of Art and Design, graduating in 2000. Noma’s work has garnered praise in the advertising world, winning various industry awards, most recently the prestigious Yellow Pencil award at the D&AD Professional Awards, 2012, for his series of Don DeLilo cover, created with London design studio It’s Nice That.

Kuvva was developed by the Present Plus, a digital culture agency based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Present Plus creates videos, products, technology and stories and is responsible for the beloved WeTransfer service, One Minute Wonders, and the new, wireless speaker called Lowdi.

ARCHSharing, in collaboration with TECHO Paraguay, proposes the «Emergency Housing in Paraguay» contest. A contest that propose to response to the lack of access to housing in Paraguay, the aim is to offer residents a building that responds to the emergency situation while guaranteeing their dignity and their right to a suitable home. The laureate will have the opportunity to build his/her project with the humanitarian association TECHO Paraguay.
